Refund and Return Policy – BEEDETOX

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
If your item has been damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will assist you with the return process.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once you receive the RA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Gift cards or any form of store credit
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged)
5. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item received). In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
